Application Procedure

Admission to University is competitive, but our admission process is a personal one.

Each application is reviewed holistically for strength of academic preparation, performance on standardized tests, counselor recommendations, and your personal career interests.

We seek applicants from a variety of geographical, social, cultural, economic, and ethnic backgrounds.

There is 4 steps to be followed to get admission. You must follow every steps as mentioned. The steps are as follows:

1. Tuition Fees Details

Step 1-Application Procedure

Please forward the following documents via email at educonnect101@gmail.com

  • Scan copy of Main Page International Passport (Can be submitted later if not ready)

  • Scan copy of Birth Certificate (If available)

  • Scan copies of school certificate (O’Level/A’Level/SSCE/ HSSCE/ WAEC/ NECO/Bachelor/Master’s)

  • Scan copy of filled Application form / Fill Online Application Here

*Master’s/PG/PhD applicant must need to send their graduation certificate as well.

After receiving the application form with proper documents our admission board will evacuate the application.

If everything is according to the requirement University will send a scan copy of confirmation letter/ eligibility letter/ admission letter to the applicant.

Step 2-Admission Procedure

After receiving the confirmation letter/ eligibility letter/ admission letter applicant must need to pay for the application fees & DHL charge according to their course (UG-450$ & PG-500$) within one month.

While sending the fees please provide us your proper address as follows in order to obtain the invitation letter. (Applicant is fully responsible for the address.)

Payment details: Scan copy of money transfer details from the bank/ services like Money Gram/ Western Union.

After receiving all the details properly we will send you the scan copy of invitation letter within 7/10 working days & after that we will send the original by DHL within next 7 working days .

Step 3-Visa Procedure

Upon receiving Invitation Letter applicant should contact nearest Ukraine Embassy (find it here) in order to get student visa. Ukraine Embassy starts accepting Visa Applications and issue Student Visa from July-August.

Applicant must submit the following documents in Ukraine Embassy to obtain a visa:

  • Filled Ukraine Visa Application Form.

  • Original International Passport with minimum validity of 1 year.

  • Original Invitation Letter from University.

  • Birth Certificate – Translated into Ukrainian language and legalized by Notary Public & Ukraine Embassy.

  • Original School/College Certificates (O-Level/A-Level/SSCE/HSSC/Bachelor/Master) – Translated into Ukrainian language and legalized by Notary Public & Ukraine Embassy.

  • General Health/Medical Certificate (issued within one month of visa application) – Translated into Ukrainian language and legalized by Notary Public & Ukraine Embassy .Must be legalized by Health Ministry.

  • HIV-AIDS Negative Certificate (issued within one month of visa application) – Translated into Ukrainian Language and Legalized by Notary Public or Ukraine Embassy. Must be legalized by Health Ministry.

  • Health/Travel Insurance covering one year/ for some countries only for Traveling period.

  • Sponsorship Letter from the Parents/Person who is going to bear the expenses for student during stay/ studying in Ukraine. It is not a condition for all Nationalities.

  • Bank Statement to prove financial ability. It is not a condition for all Nationalities.

  • 12 Pictures 3 * 4 cm (Passport Size).

  • To and Fro Air ticket valid for one year (Two-Way Ticket).

Step 4-Arrival Procedure

After receiving successfully the visa from Ukraine Embassy the applicant must need to contact us soon as possible for arrival plans.

The applicant must need to send the following documents before (at least 1 week) leaving his/her country via email at info@lsmu.net:

  • Visa scan copy

  • Flight ticket scan copy (Boryspil International Airport or Simferopol International Airport)

  • Scan copies of all educational & medical documents submitted during the visa application.

  • Please get ready with the full fees as mentioned here. 

Please Note: Applicant must need to submit all documents to the Immigration authorities & university admission office. Missing of a single document can lead to Deportation from airport or cancellation of admission.

*Arrival at University”]After receiving all the documents correctly our Admission Coordinator Firm (_____) will receive student at Airport & bring the student to university.It is mandatory to submit all the documents & pay all the fees to our Admission Coordinator Firm (_______).
